(as the patient),

I would like to say a big thank you to the diabetes team at Huddersfield royal infirmary. Having had diabetes for 16 years and not having good control they have continued to support me by offering alternative ways and new ideas and with the help of the excellent dafne course and the omnipod I now feel I am in control of my life and not the diabetes.
