"Ignored for hours"

About: The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust

An ambulance delivered me to casualty around midnight. I was suffering severe lower abdominable pains and a lump in my left groin.

The waiting room was empty, I could hear staff chatting laughing.

Two hours-plus later I found a nurse and said I was going home. She asked me to wait a moment and left. When she came back

she said that the doctor had already earmarked me to be seen.

Following a visit to the department a year or so ago I would have offered a rating of excellent. There is not a rating low enough to mark my latest experience.
