"Meadow view surgery"

Extremely unfriendly and don’t seem to care. That goes for all of the staff I have encountered at the practice. In my opinion they are not good at communicating with their patients and don’t chase up to find how things are especially if you are having ongoing treatment. I am so disappointed with the practice on so many levels. Trying to call to book for an appointment is a nightmare, phone is always busy. I once call from 8: 30am and the phone was busy so I drove down and kept ringing and when I got there and got to reception the phone receiver was off the phone and you just think to yourself -is this for real? I wish I could move my family and myself away from there but where we want to go is oversubscribed!
