I've not experienced service such as this within the wonderful NHS. Customer service absolutely appalling. Every phone call has been a 45 minute wait, every email is misunderstood and replied to incorrectly. I have at least 4 circumstances where the service given has been very questionable topped off by an extremely rude receptionist calling today i'm now changing GP's immediately. The one star reviews on google are for a reason unfortunately.
