"Amazing care at maternity triage"

10 days after having a c section, my wound was leaking. I had my baby at another hospital, but upon calling Northwick Park ( my local hosp) they were so helpful at putting my anxiety at ease. And invited me to Triage to be treated. 

Lesley (triage reception) even welcomed me at the door asking if I was  the person who had called. I got seen so quickly and effectively (I had left my newborn at home so was keen not to hang around) the triage Midwife at the time Mercy was very reassuring and caring and it made the whole experience just seamless and stress-free. 

I would love for Leslie and Mercy to be recognised for their incredible service and compassion. They treated everyone through the door in the same way! Hidden Heroes !
