"I was treated as an individual"

I was apprehensive, as I'm sure most people are, when I had to attend the department for a colonoscopy procedure. The staff were brilliant though, really put me at ease, explained everything, and made me feel as comfortable throughout the experience as is possible.

From making the appointment to leaving Recovery, I felt like I was treated as an individual rather than yet another patient passing through a busy department.
