"An exceptional level of care"

About: Causeway Hospital / Accident & Emergency Causeway Hospital / Medical Assessment Unit

(as a service user),

From the moment I entered Causeway Hosp. I was treated with courtesy and an exceptional level of care from the domestic services through each healthcare discipline. All staff were professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. All my treatment was delivered in a timely and sensitive manner and I feel very confident that I was in the best place to receive a truly holistic service. Every aspect of my treatment was clearly explained and followed through - all helping to achieve a positive outcome. The wards were extremely clean and every effort was made to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I cannot thank every member of staff enough. A true example of excellence. Oh! and the food was warm and always appetising.

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on the care you received in the Medical Assessment Unit in Causeway Hospital. Sister Dodwell and her staff strive to deliver a high standard of care and your comments provide much needed confirmation that their efforts do not go unrecognised

Thank you frostmj44 for your kind words to the staff of Causeway Hospital. Staff like to hear that patient's have had a positive experience during their stay in hospital. It helps to keep morale up, and that although we are providing care during unprecedented times, our patients continue to recieve safe and effective care, and are treated with compassion, dignity and respect.

I will ensure your words are passed onto our teams.

Thank you once again, and I wish you well

Natalie McLaughlin
