About: Parkstone Tower Practice

(as a service user),

The care has been fine but the phone system needs fixing. I was 1st in the queue for 51 mins before I gave up trying to get through. I have been told that this is a known problem with the phone system. This needs  sorting out immediately.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback your concerns regarding your recent experience here at Parkstone Tower Practice. . We appreciate all types of feedback as it gives us the opportunity to review our systems, policies and protocols to see if we can improve the way the surgery runs.

I apologise that you had issues getting through to our practice, we have been working closely with our phone company and we have made changes to our settings.
