"Negligent"

I had a smear test done and was then told to book a ‘routine telephone consultation’ by my doctors (a month later) in October. The hospital then rang me as I have ‘high risk HPV detected’ and booked me in for a biopsy within a week. Carrington House Receptionist then said it wasn’t ‘urgent’ even though it was marked as urgent on the paperwork the hospital had. This has contributed to my ongoing anxiety. Complete oversight.
