"Unable to contact"

Tried several times to book my flu jab the phone was not answered. A few months ago I requested a follow up appointment online, to check my anaemia, nobody contacted me. We are advised only to go to the surgery if it is absolutely necessary. But it looks like the only way to make an appointment is to go to the surgery, thereby contravening the request. I will give it a few more goes before I turn up to arrange both appointments, thank god the neither of the appointments are that urgent yet !
