"Excellent Service"

I turned up at the Urgent Care Centre today without appointment for a back injury. I was given a brief inyerview in the foyer and I was asked to wait in my car to be called in, very sensible system in my opinion. I saw a doctor and had a thorough examination in the best of circumstances and departed with a smile on my face as I had had the very best of treatment. Brilliant, well done everyone.
