I came into Birmingham heartlands hospital mid September 2020 I became so unwell during my time on the ward, I was transferred to ward 20 , and I was so poorly I have no recollection of what happened but I remember this one particular voice and I managed yesterday to find her name which was Gabby she is a sister on ward 20 , she was with me from day 1 nursed me in bed , I lost all my dignity but Gabby went above and beyond and treated me with the upmost respect and I can't thank her enough.
The whole of ward 20 have been amazing to me I can't forget what they have done they are a credit to the NHS and have helped me I'm being discharged today after 11 days in hospital
