"Hospital appointment"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Gynaecology (Ward 49)

(as the patient),

I was being fitted for a vaginal pessary. The two members of staff took so much time to listen to my assessment of my condition. explained what could've tried. This was in contrast to my previous appointment where I was given the previous size. Even although I said it was no longer working.

Dear Wee wifey

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to the time you spent in Ward 49 Gynaecology Department of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

I'm relieved to read you had a much more pleasant experience this time around and felt listened too. I can only apologise this wasn't the case previously.

I will happily pass on your comments to the department who I'm sure will be pleased to hear they were able to provide you with a much better service this time.

Take care and kind regards

Kevin
