From the very first moment I walked into the hospital I was greeted at the door with courtesy and from the second I reached the ward until the second I left the ward the treatment I was given could NOT be bettered. I was treated with kindness and understanding and I can only say from my experience I could not have been looked after any better. So you ask what they can do to improve the service, well I ask you, how can you improve on excellence, impossible! ! !
