"Feeling safe and cared for"

I recently attended North Parade GP practice, just off the Ormeau Road Belfast, for a series of tests.

My experience was first class from start to finish. Firstly I called the practice and the team discussed my issue to identify how best to help me. A GP rang me within a short time and arranged for tests to be carried out later that week. I was given very clear instructions about how to access the surgery given the COVID situation which I followed.

I attended the surgery which was so well organised in terms of protecting the patients attending. This included patients not meeting each other in the corridor, ongoing cleaning and socially distanced seating. I had an appointment with the practice nurse then the GP immediately after. Everyone in the practice was so friendly, helpful and kind. I felt listened to, cared for and most importantly safe. I want my sincerest thanks to be shared with the practice thank you.
