Good afternoon,

I would just like to place on record how impressed I’ve been with the service received from your COVID testing team. They have all been super efficient but I would just like to make a special reference to the lady who makes the appointments. She has been truly outstanding and always goes out of her way to ensure we have all the information we need in advance of our appointment.

She is a real asset and we could not manage without people like her. Well done Yeovil Hospital.
