"Great hospital + Great Staff=Great experience"

From the person who gave me directions in the Treatment Centre on arrival, the nurses on level 4, the anaesthetists, the surgeon and once again the nurses, it was a far better than I could ever have imagined. I felt immensely safe during Covid times and how everyone keeps smiling is credit to the great atmosphere on the wards and in the hospital as a whole. Prior to this date I visited the Lister for an ultrasound, followed by a biopsy and then the Covid Hub. In all these areas I was treated with dignity and kindness. I cannot thank you all enough for making, what could have been a highly distressing experience, into a relatively stress free time due to the amazing staff.
