"Mental health"

About: 145 Thorneywood Mount (Male)

(as the patient),

145 has been a real game changer for me, it’s been such a relaxing environment and supportive place for me since my life turned upside own. They are genuinely normal and friendly people who deserve the best in life and have to deal with tricky situations out of their control.

I have been out of cash and the only negative is the hunger that maintains a huge impact in my daily being, more food like in other services would be much appreciated and it’s the only flaw in their happy and cheerful and they never give up service. I have been brought to tears by my experience here and they have been there for me, even though they have not understood my situation seriously,.

Dear Isaac says thanks

Thank you for sharing your positive experience at 145 Thorneywood Mount for others to read and I’m very pleased that your experience was a good one. I visit Thorneywood Mount frequently and agree that the staff are friendly and down to earth and it’s pleasing that their attitudes and work ethics are acknowledged this way.

I’m sorry to hear about your issues with hunger and you felt there was insufficient food available, I will discuss this matter with the unit manager to see what we can do to increase the supplies.

I wish you all the best for the future and your ongoing recovery.

Yours sincerely

Michael Taylor

Thank you very much for your thoughtful comments Issac says thanks.

I like that you call us a "they never give up" service!

Sorry to hear that you don't feel we are providing enough food. I am very happy to sit down with you and the cook and look over the menu plans to get your suggestions. And don't forget you can access the self catering budget on any day of the week.

Best Wishes
