"Great support through complicated outpatient journey"

Over the past few months my dad was seen by the dermatology service and referred on to plastic surgery department. All the clinicians have been efficient,  professional and have clearly been focused on the providing the best outcome for my dad. For this I am grateful however the focus of the story is Liz who works with the plastic surgery department within the administrative support.

Liz has patiently taken my calls on all aspects of the journey. Queries around the Louisa Jordan and the Nuffield, on self isolation and on testing procedures.

Her information has been clear and reassuring which is not easy in this present situation and her empathy is genuine.

Liz is a credit to herself, her department and to NHS Lanarkshire and has made this worrying time for myself and my family much easier.
