"Unapproachable"

I found a lady sitting in the middle of a main road, and after having a conversation I knew she was known to parklands, I then proceeded to take her there for her own safety and that of others. The receptionist (female) was very rude to the young lady and made me feel uncomfortable and I'm not the one that is in a mental state, no care at all, pointing and waving finger aggressively at the young lady and in my opinion unprofessional. It appeared that the lady was more of an inconvenience rather than wanting to help. No wonder there is so much mental health problems when you encounter an negative patronising, dangerous and demoralising from the offset. I hope that the lady I picked up recieves better care from the mental health team.
