Had an appointment on a Wednesday in Sept at the Lawson Practice. Brilliant nurse I saw she was so lovely caring, polite and performed her job to the highest standard.
Also saw my doctor he too performs his role to the highest of standards, very welcoming, polite, courteous, he takes the time to listen to what I was telling him in my brief meeting with him. He also at all times maintained eye contact which is very important when dealing with patients. He is excellent at prescribing my medication on time and also calls me on the days and time specified if I have requested a telephone consultation. This doctor is definitely in the right career.
For me personally he fulfils all the medical attributes required for pursuing a career as a doctor. I am very grateful he is my doctor as my previous experience with old gp was absolutely horrendous! ! ! My doctor should be praised for his hard work and maintaining such a polite and friendly disposition at all times despite the serious situation all practices and staff are facing in light of the covid-19 situation.
