(as a service user),

Felt safe enough coming for my Rituximal in South Tyrone Hospital as it was Covid free and there was no problem with social distancing as rooms were much more spacious. As always, staff were very professional and friendly and you were put at ease. Only downside was the traffic coming to Dungannon

Thankyou Controllerqt43 for sharing your story with us, we appreciate you taking the time to do this.

It is reassuring to hear that you have "felt safe" attending the Day Clinical Centre (DCC)temporarily relocated to South Tyrone Hospital for your Rituximab infusion during this pandemic, and we trust you will continue to do so, for as long as is needed. I agree that the ward is spacious and therefore so much more conducive to social distancing measures being adhered to and like you and other patients who come to us, I do hope that we can find similar surroundings for this to continue during these uncertain times.

I will be delighted to share, with the DCC team, your very kind description of them and their care - these compliments really do help staff continue to deliver your treatment going forward during Covid 19.

I am however sorry to hear that the traffic coming into the town of Dungannon was difficult and I am happy to chat about earlier or later times that may improve your journey to us as you continue to attend the DCC for your treatment.

Once again, thankyou for your feedback and I look forward to will sharing it with the staff in the Day Clinical Centre.
