About: South Tyrone Hospital / Day Clinical Centre

(as a service user),

I have attended Craigavon Hospital for treatment for nine years and have had the best of care.

The day care centre has now moved to Dungannon Hospital as I have no complaints towards Craigavon I have to say the move has been easy.

One because I have the same staff they know me and all the other patients.

Also this is a great place the ward is bright and cheerful. We all feel safe and comfortable, would be happy to stay here although its a longer journey it has been worth it. It is hard for all staff working in the NHS but the staff that look after us in DCC are brilliant.

I hope that during this crisis you all staf safe I cannot praise or thank you enough.

Thankyou very much leopardhc34 for your kind comments about the care you receive when you attend the Day Clinical Centre for your treatment and I am especially reassured to learn that even after nine years of coming to the Day Clinical Centre you have taken the time to praise our service so kindly.

It is wonderful to hear that ultimately you feel you have had the "best of care" attending the relocated Unit in South Tyrone Hospital which you describe as "bright and cheerful". I am very satisfied to know, as the Manager of this Service, that this new environment gives you the confidence to come for your treatment and that it is delivered by "brilliant" staff. You have been very generous with your feedback and I and the Team are very grateful for it. Thank you.
