"Complained about my loud music"

About: Arnold Lodge Regional Secure Unit

(as a service user),

I was up quite late one night and had some music playing on low. Someone knocked on my door; it was a member of staff. I answered the door: was told another patient had complained about my loud music. Then I stepped outside my room and locked the door. I put my ear to it and could not hear a peep. But they insisted. I am most unhappy at my treatment and underminement

I'm sorry to hear that there was not a shared understanding between all involved about your music. I hope you were able to resolve it positively and all have a better understanding of this for the future.
