Long before lockdown I was experiencing anxiety attacks. Just after the beginning of lockdown my anxiety peaked (coincidence or connected). I was at lowest since I was 13yrs old. I didn't know what to do or where to go. Then I met Tracy, Psychiatric Nurse at Westminster Hse.

I believe Tracy went above and beyond her role as a nurse and made it her personal task to ensure my safety and wellbeing.

I have been signposted or referred to various organisations to help me deal with the different aspects of my anxiety.
