Today I attended North Tyneside General Hospital for a DEXA bone scan. The virus receptionist arranged for the buggy to take make to the X Ray department where I completed a questionnaire. A lady called my name out and then pushed me in a wheelchair to the Dept of Elderly medicine for the scan. She kept me well informed of the procedure and when completed wheeled me back to the main entrance. She said thank you was enough thanks.
"Well Organised"
