"Credit where credit's due"

In an era where people are quick to complain I think it’s important to give credit where credit’s due. At a recent procedure in FVRH’s endoscopy department I was most impressed with the care received. I was put at ease by every member of that department and alongside the nurses who actually carried out the procedure, (I don’t know their names), would like to say a special thank you to nurses Stella and Shona who went out of their way in their kindness towards me. Staff like this are worth their weight in gold!
