I have been attending the ENT Dept at Sunderland Royal Hospital for around two years following the diagnosis of a malignant tumour on one of my vocal chords.
The service and care that I have experienced by the ENT Consultant (Who I am, sadly, not allowed to name in this review) has been absolutely tremendous.
From the initial diagnosis through the surgical procedures required and the post treatment care can only be described as 'First class'
My Consultant was professional and succinct but very caring when speaking to me about my prognosis.
I'm virtually now wholly recovered and am very grateful for the treatment received by my Consultant and the ENT Team at Sunderland Royal Hospital - thank you all.
