"Exceptional Service"

Fortunately, I have rarely had the need to use the facilities at Victoria Infirmary over a lifetime of access to myself but whenever I have, I have always received the very best of attention!

Last Friday was no exception! Signed in with Minor Injuries at say 1545 with a possible 2 hour waiting time which turned out to be about 50 minutes and is totally acceptable as a random drop-in! Everyone I met was exceptionally friendly and cheerful and throughout my care was competent, efficient and safe! I had need of an on-site wheelchair which meant that I required assistance to each area thereby utilising a valuable pair of hands that could have been better utilised and all given with a cheery smile! X-ray closed at 5pm and I arrived at 5 or even just after ... they were brilliant! Everywhere was spectacularly clean and I felt very safe! Neil, nurses, reception... could not fault ... we so need Victoria ... Long may she reign!!!!
