"Terrible service"

Terrible customer service ,rude welcome, stand offish , no idea about products , attitude of couldn't be interested.

Failure to really listen to customer needs .few customers left, while we were there.

Made to feel stupid .

Failure to honour appointment waited 2 weeks for , product was then not available.

No knowledge of private referral .boss was so rude to my elderly mum .we both wire face coverings and she spoke to us as if we were stupid .
