"Absolutely poor costumer service!!!!"

I am a diabetic, and over 1.5 year I am a patient in this surgery, but the staff members are sooo rude always when I try to solve a problem! They are talking like they don't want to do the job thy do!! They don't even care that I cannot leave absolutely without insulin, and they are not even trying to help me but only passing me from day to day from phone to phone!!!!! I don't know what I will do if for their reason I get bad because I can't talk my repeat prescription from them and can't have any adequate answer of the reason why after more 1 and a half year they're saying me that I've never requested my insulin there!!! I am soo disappointed I can't even explain how much!!!!!! 😖😖😖
