"Bad attitude/s at Taunton Vale Surgery in Taunton"

I called today for an urgent appointment and was told by the receptionist there were no appointments until a doctor could speak with me which was in 2 weeks time. I was horrified. She then started moaning on about how hard they work and if i could do her job better im welcome to do it. I think I could actually do her job better because her attitude was disgracefully distasteful. I called again to talk to another receptionist who made me a telephone appointment for today, this afternoon. I was having chest pains and heart palpitations and I uffer with extremely high blood pressure. The receptionist has been told about her attitude in the past and the practice manager seems to brush it off like nothing matters. It let's the whole surgery down, as the GPs are fantastic. The complaint procedure i do not trust, as the practice manager seemed patronising. I am awaiting a reply to my concern and am told as they are so busy that I will not get a reply any time soon.
