"Constantly draining experience"

One thing you need to know about the gynaecology department at St George‘s hospital is that communicating with them is like sending messages into outer space, you never hear back! I have had the misfortune of dealIng with them and it is absolutely draining. They never follow up, the doctor’s secretary never answers an email even when I am in distress, she simply ignores them without any empathy. I have already raised a complaint to which I did not receive a response. It is just not the way to treat a patient particularly when they are undergoing treatment. This quality of service should never be permitted, something has to change.
