"Ablation"

Excellent standard of care provided. All of the staff who were going to be present during the procedure came to talk to me in the waiting/recovery area. They all introduced themselves and told me what they were going to be doing and what would be happening to me. Ellie  radiographer, Chris  cardiac physiologist, Mr Affolter consultant cardiologist and Ali and Claire the nurses. Everything happened as explained, I could hear all the checks being done and felt very safe and well looked after throughout. Alison the nurse in recovery was also very friendly and professional throughout. Thank you very much all,   I hope I've remembered everyone's names properly. I was so nervous and you made me feel so safe.
