"Excellent care from Eden ward!"

I went in for a procedure yesterday and was very pleased with the kind, caring and attentive care I received. The staff are clearly rushed off their feet and there are long wait times which I was informed about before I even arrived at the hospital, however the staff were always checking to see if anybody needed anything and to see if patients were ok even under considerable pressure. I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone on Eden ward that cared for me yesterday from the moment I arrived till the time I was discharged. Huge thank you and mention to Deputy sister Nash for her polite, professional manner not only towards me but to other patients on the ward her attentiveness was exceptional.
