"Unacceptable response time"

About: Newgate Medical Group

Telephoned for a GP appointment at 08:40 die to rectal bleeding and severe abdominal pain. Due to no return call by 12pm, I phoned 111 who got me to a&e within 20minutes, where I was put on an intravenous drip and told I was developing sepsis. Whoever triaged my call obviously put it down as not urgent. It is now on my record that I did not answer the phone!
