About: Burnley General Hospital

Went to the hospital to have a biopsy on a lesion on my scalp. I was really nervous, in fact almost having a panic attack. I was met by two wonderful nurses who when they realised how nervous I was immediately explained the procedure and put me at ease. The biopsy was carried out without pain at all and I was reassured by the nurses. The NHS is an amazing service and is made more wonderful by having staff like these two nurses.
