I attended this course and as someone who never eats breakfast I was willing to give this a go after attending the course, I now eat yoghurts, cereal or banana's everyday for my breakfast and I have noticed I have some more energy in the morning this is something I would never have changed if it wasn't for going on the Food and Mood course, the trainers are very knowledgeable and passionate about what we eat and how it affects us day to day, thank you again to the Recovery College and its Trainers
