Awful, many a lost prescription over the last year or two due to lack of proper communication, promises to call back never fulfilled, one receptionist stated during a call that they never offer callbacks, then ended the conversation with an offer to call back! Which of course was never received...
Last straw was when they recently rang regarding a query about address, after confirming was thanked and conversation ended, expecting nothing more, only to receive a letter a few days later stating we were out of the catchment area and needed to register with another surgery?! Never mentioned that it could even be a possibility on the call!
Really, truly terrible even before coronavirus hit - glad to be moving on but would’ve been nice to have been forewarned instead of scrabbling to register somewhere else amid the pandemic.
