About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

I attended here for a procedure this morning. Every single member of staff I had contact with was lovely, relaxed, kind, humourous at times. They explained everything clearly, I never felt rushed. 

The appt was late but these things happen and they were apologetic.  

All staff wore masks and I saw them frequently use hand sanitiser. I felt confident that the place was as clean as it could be.
