This surgery offers terrible service to patients. It is virtually impossible to get through to speak to anyone , ask a question or attempt to get an appointment. You have to ring on the day for appointment but this is at 8.00 and inevitably you are left hanging on the phone for 1/2 hr or so only to be told there are no appointment s and try again the day after . The last time I rang they could even sort out a sick note and now I can't even get through to see if they have sorted out a prescription. If I could change surgery Ibd be gone so don't bother registering unless you don't have a choice
