I rang 3 times constantly engaged after spending last night in a&e with serious heart palpitations, a&e doctor said I need 24 hour ecg which only my doctor can do rather than the snapshot ecg they did at a&e , the receptionist tells me to ring back tmrw at 8 to book an appointment.... I am disappointed! I need this ecg done asap

I am really sorry to read about your inadequate experience when accessing services in our practice.

I would like to fully investigate your issues but I am unable to do so on the basis of anonymous post.

May I suggest that you visit our website. As you used this platform for feedback I assume you have no difficulties with this mode of communication. There are number of ways to contact the practice including a direct email to the reception and secretaries as well as management team (using any of the emails provided and marking them for attention of practice manager) .

Please email us and we will fully investigate the delay in your recommended investigation.
