"Great continuity of care"

When I listen to my family and friends I'm aware how difficult it is to get an appointment with a regular GP or nurse. This is not the case at this surgery. The friendly receptionist always does her best to get me an appointment with my usual GP or if it's urgent and she isn't available on that day, I can always get a call back from one of the other regular GPs. The nurses and the phlebotomist have been with the surgery for years. Continuity of care is, I believe, really important to maintain health and this is perfectly possible at Wellside Surgery.
