(as a service user),

Jason has helped me so much I will always appreciate his help and support - I hit a real low in my life I was unable to control my anxiety and depression to the point I did want to end my life. I have loved our sessions I feel quite sad they are over haha but loads of materials and courses have been sent to me to prevent or manage a relapse. its amazing to be able to talk about my mental health concerns with someone who understands it! I now understand the way my mental health is affecting me and learnt how to control/manage it. I highly support and recommend Talk Together Bromley's care < 3
