"They go the extra mile"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance Victoria Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Care from start to finish was phenomenal. Paramedics attending the scene were friendly and knowledgeable and staff on the ward (33) are hard working, well organised and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and cared for. A credit to themselves and the NHS. All deserve a pay-rise and A holiday!

Dear phoenixhm99,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback here on CareOpinion. I am very sorry to read that you had reason t use our service and those of the wider NHS Scotland.

I am however, very pleased to read the wonderful comments you have made about the crew and I would be more than happy to pass on these comments to them and their manager showing off the good job they did. In order to locate the crew, I would just need the date, rough time and location of where the vehicle attended you and your name. If you would like for this to happen would you kindly email these details to Scotamb.feedback@nhs.net? It would also be very helpful if you could make reference to your CareOpinion username to allow the wider team to easily link the email to this story.

I hope you are on the road to a full recovery and feeling much better and thanks again for your lovely comments.

Kind Regards

Alan
