"Helped me settle back into home life"

(as a service user),

Excellent work from NHS Borders Home First team after my discharge from Borders General after a two month stay. Helped me settle back into home life plus supplying equipment for the house, then taking me for walks to build up my confidence for being outdoors. Supposed to be for six weeks but came out for ten. Well pleased.
