"My fathers home care"

About: Enhanced Care / Acute Care at Home

(as a relative),

Daddy is 86 years old, he's in ill health, he has taken urine infection and was in Craigavon Hospital for a week, with only one visitor allowed, which was hard on him.

Last week he took another infection so doctor came out on home visit and suggested we get Acute care at home.

From start to finish he was looked after with great care and attention, and all in his own home, which we as a family was so grateful for,the team was amazing and very supportive through out his treatment.

So thank you all so much .

HI Stevon,

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback. For many of our older population, being able to remain at home, is in their best interest both within and outside of a pandemic situation. We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to care for your dad.

Yours Yvonne Murphy
