About: Barnsley Hospital

I contacted the Audiology Department by email because I was unable to visit them because of the Coronavirus. I explained that I had lost one of my hearing aids and that the other one needed repair. They answered me very quickly and told me that they could give me an appointment to see them but if I wanted I could send them the faulty one by post along with a cheque for £80 for the replacement and that they would deal with this. I sent it by first class post on Tuesday and I got them back to me on Thursday. This is absolutely the best service. Another well deserved clap for the NHS. Thank You!
