"Amazing care"

My nephew was bought into the hospital paediatric emergency department via paramedics, straight away we were greeted by Senior Sister Helen who was absolutely brilliant,   she made us feel calm, she cared and she gave us her time, even though she had so much other patients and work to do, she took the time out to care. Our situation was a bit complex but that did not fase or deter Sister Helen, the care that was provided by Helen was amazing.   She went above and beyond to make sure everything with us was ok, we were then seen by Doctor Mona who also was absolutely amazing, no words can describe our gratitude and the time they took out to understand our situation and to help us, . We are very greatly grateful 🙏 for the service we had received. Thank you thank you thank you
