"Wasting my time due to incompetence"

I called on Wednesday and asked for an appointment for the Friday afternoon as A&E had told me that I needed a dressing to be redone by my surgery 2 days after. The person gave me an appointment for the Friday at 15:40. Between the 2 of us we repeated 3 times that the appointment was on the Friday afternoon at 15:40. On the Friday I drove to the surgery and while at the surgery received a text telling me that I had missed my appointment the day before??? I went to see the receptionist who told me that the appointment had been booked for the Thursday? And that the nurse had gone home and offered to look for the following week for an appointment. I went home and redid the dressing myself. Complete incompetence and total lack of care. All personnel totally unbothered and no indication on how to get out of the surgery. Penultimate incompetence. Unfortunately not the first time this happens. Incompetent, lack of care, rude and unpleasant, what can you ask more from your surgery?
